1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Espy's Electrical Services Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Espy's Electrical Services Inc. provides electrical contracting services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement and estimate.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional unexpected work is required, which will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Liability

We are fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing electrical issues not covered in the scope of work.
